10 Health Tips - Don't Do After Meal:




1) Don't smoke

Smoking is bad to health, there is no more agrument for this. If you just cannot help smok, please make the least harm to your health.

Experiment from expert proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarette. The chances of getting cancer is higher.


2) Don't eat fruit immediately after meal

Fruit is good for health. Almost every kind of fruit is surely doing good to us. As a Chinese, we know that different fruits have different nature in consumption. I will list the reference for you later.

But please take note that eat fruit immediately after meal will cause stomach to be bloated with air.

Therefore take fruit 1-2 hour after meal or 1hour before meal.


3) Don't drink tea

Because tea leaves contains a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be harden thus difficult to digest.


4) Don't loosen your belt

Loosen belt after meal will easily caused the intestine to be twisted and block.


5) Don't bath

Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.


6) Don't walk about

People always say that after meal walk a hundred step will live till 99. In fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.


7) Don't sleep immediately

The food we intake were unable to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.
